You built a life between cultures. Now you’re ready to feel whole in it.

IDENTITY · BELONGING · CREATIVITY · SOVEREIGNTY

For women who have crossed borders, learned to navigate between cultures, and built a life through adaptation — but are now asking what comes next.

You’ve worked hard to create the life you have.

Now you may be wondering:

Where do I fit in the life I’ve built?

What do I actually want now?

What parts of myself have I put on hold?

We Rise is a space to explore these questions and create room for the woman you are becoming.

You’ve figured out how to make a life work.

BUT DOES IT FEEL LIKE YOURS?

You know how to adapt.

To new places.
New expectations.
Different cultures.
Different ways of communicating.

You may have built a successful career, a relationship, a family, a home — and become the person everyone can rely on.

But being good at adapting doesn't always mean feeling fully at home in yourself.

Perhaps there is a quiet sense that something has been left behind.

A creative part of you.

A desire you haven't pursued.

A voice you don't always listen to.

Or simply the feeling that the next chapter needs to look different from the last.

You don't need to start your life over

You may simply need to make more room for yourself within the life you've already created.

Are you wondering who you are beyond adaptation?

Maybe you've become the bridge between worlds.

At work, you're capable and dependable.

With family, you're the one who understands different perspectives.

In relationships, you know how to compromise.

You've learned how to read situations, adjust and make things work.

But sometimes you may find yourself asking:

Which version of me is actually me?

You might feel successful and still strangely disconnected.

You might miss the woman who used to write, dance, paint, make things or simply follow her curiosity.

You might feel guilty for wanting something different from what was expected of you.

You might love where you come from and still know that you don't want to repeat everything you've inherited.

And perhaps the question underneath all of it is:

If I continue living this way for another ten years, will there still be enough room for me?

Imagine feeling at home in your own choices.

Imagine knowing what matters to you — even when other people expect something different.

Imagine being able to stay connected to your family and your origins without allowing them to determine every choice you make.

Imagine making space for creativity again.

Imagine speaking more honestly.

Asking for what you need.

Taking your own desires seriously.

Choosing without endlessly explaining or justifying yourself.

Imagine no longer feeling that you have to choose between being connected and being yourself.

What might become possible if you stopped asking who you are supposed to be — and started asking who you want to be now?

You don't need another version of yourself to work towards.

You need space to understand the one that is already here.

The parts shaped by your family.

The parts shaped by migration.

The parts shaped by your work, relationships and experiences.

The creative parts you've put aside.

The desires you've learned to postpone.

The voice that may have become quieter while you were busy building your life.

The work is not about choosing one part over another.

It is about bringing more awareness to the whole picture — and becoming more intentional about what you carry forward.

The Knowing Body

The Knowing Body is the framework behind We Rise.

It brings together identity, creativity, lineage, embodiment and sovereignty to explore what happens when adapting is no longer enough.

Because so much of what we know isn't only held in our thoughts.

It's in the way we respond.
The choices we make.
The things we avoid.
The desires we keep postponing.
The moments when something in us says yes — or no — before we can explain why.

The Knowing Body creates space to listen to that knowledge and bring it into conversation with your story, your relationships and the life you want to create.

Three dimensions sit at the heart of the work:

LINEAGE

What has shaped me — and what do I choose to carry forward?

Your family, culture, migration story and the experiences that came before you all form part of your story.

The question is not to reject but to learn how to integrate it all and re-write your story differently.

It's what you want to keep, what you want to question, and what you want to carry differently.

VOICE

What wants to be expressed, created and heard through me?

Your voice includes more than what you say.

It's your perspective. Your creativity. Your desires. Your ideas.

Give yourself permission to take up space and make something your own.

SOVEREIGNTY

What do I choose when I no longer need to abandon myself to belong?

Sovereignty is not about doing everything alone.

It's about becoming more able to make choices that are genuinely yours — while remaining connected to the people, cultures and relationships that matter to you.

The four movements

From knowing to creating.

The Knowing Body is explored through four movements:

ROOT

RECLAIM

INTEGRATE

CREATE

Understand what shaped you.

Look at the stories, relationships, cultural influences and experiences that have shaped the way you see yourself and the world.

Before you decide where you're going, it helps to understand what you're standing on.

Reconnect with what is yours.

Notice the parts of yourself that may have become quiet while you were adapting, achieving and taking care of what needed to be done.

Your creativity.
Your desires.
Your voice.
Your curiosity.

Reclaiming isn't about going backwards.

It's about bringing something valuable forward.

Make room for all of you.

You don't have to choose between cultures, identities or different parts of your story.

Integration means learning to hold complexity without constantly having to decide which version of yourself is the “right” one.

You can honour where you come from while making different choices for where you're going.

Decide what comes next.

Once you have more clarity about what matters to you, you can begin to make choices from that place.

What do you want to change?

What do you want to make?

What do you want to say?

What kind of life do you want to create now?

Not someone else's version of your future.

Yours.

We Rise Community

You don't have to figure it out alone.

Some questions become clearer when explored alongside other women.

The We Rise group experience is a space to pause, reflect, experiment and have conversations that don't always have a place in everyday life.

You may arrive with questions about identity, creativity, belonging, family expectations or what comes next.

You don't need to have everything figured out.

You don't need to share the same background as everyone else in the room.

What brings us together is the experience of navigating change while trying to stay connected to ourselves.

Through guided reflection, creative practices and conversation, you'll have space to look at your own story from a different perspective.

Come with your questions. Leave with more of your own answers.

Who is it for?

This might be your moment if...

You've built a life between cultures and are beginning to wonder what comes next.

You are tired of always being the one who adapts.

You feel successful on paper, but something still feels unfinished.

You've put your creative side aside for years and find yourself missing it.

You are questioning expectations you've carried from family, culture or society.

You want to make choices that feel more genuinely yours

You want to stay connected to where you come from without letting it define everything that comes next.

You're entering a new chapter and want to approach it consciously.

You don't need to be in crisis.

You don't need to have a problem to solve.

You simply need to feel that something in you is ready for more.

What you can expect

A space to explore what comes next.

The We Rise group is intentionally structured to give you both space and direction.

REFLECTION

Time to step out of your usual roles and look at your life with fresh eyes.

CREATIVE EXPLORATION

Practices that help you reconnect with imagination, expression and parts of yourself that may have become quieter.

CONVERSATION

A thoughtful group space where you can share, listen and discover that you're not the only one asking these questions.

NEW PERSPECTIVES

Ways of looking at identity, culture, family and choice that can open up possibilities you may not have considered before.

YOUR NEXT STEPS

Not someone else's prescription.

Not another list of things you should do.

But a clearer sense of what you want to explore, change or create from here.

"My journey with Las Lobas is the most insightful I have ever experienced. It is a path to a wonderful and scary place, but that made me value myself.
Susana's gift is extraordinary, and her guidance with such truth and love makes always arrive at our true destination.
I love travel and these are the most valuable ones, especially because of our guide, Susana, and these special women. Thank you."

About me.

Hi, I'm Susana de Melo Pedrosa, also known as Su.

I created We Rise for women who have spent years learning how to navigate between worlds — and who are now ready to explore what becomes possible when they stop making themselves smaller, simpler or easier to define.

My background in art, intercultural education and coaching has shaped the way I approach this work.

I'm interested in the places where identity, culture, creativity, lineage and choice meet.

The Knowing Body is the framework through which I bring these strands together.

And the group is where we get to explore them — together.

Because sometimes another woman's perspective, question or story can help us see something in ourselves that we couldn't see alone.

Final invitation.

You built a life between cultures.

Now you get to explore what comes next.

You don't have to leave your story behind.

You don't have to choose between different parts of yourself.

And you don't have to have the answers before you begin.

Come as you are.

Bring your questions.

Make space for your voice, your creativity and the woman you're becoming.

We Rise.

For women navigating life between cultures — and the question of what comes next
