Your body is a portal for expansion and growth
In 3 months and 4 modules you can feel as vital, strong and confident as you’ve ever been.
Module 1
The first module is really a health inventory, based on body literacy: understanding how your body is wired, its own needs and where you are at this moment. From, here, you will receive a program conceived for you from a perspective of integrative and holistic health coaching.
Module 2
Module 2 is about reprogramming your daily habits and beliefs and we will be exploring biohacking, somatic movement and coaching techniques. This will happen on a level of bringing to the conscious mind your existing programming and actively reprogramming it through the body on a behavioural level.
Module 3
Module 4
"Module 3 delves deeper into your body's history and ingrained patterns, including intergenerational trauma. We'll explore ancestral womb healing and systemic techniques to access and integrate hidden aspects of our history and selves."
After the healing and resignification processes happen, the fourth and final module is about integrating all parts of yourself. At this moment you are ready to start using creative tools to create and manifest the life of your dreams.
